A private tour to Luxor from Hurghada is ideal for those who want to see the main treasures of Ancient Egypt without the rush, crowds, or strict schedules. Luxor is the former capital of the pharaohs, ancient Thebes, a city where literally every inch is steeped in millennia of history. On a private tour, you'll explore Luxor at your own pace, with a personal Professional guide and the ability to create your own itinerary. A mandatory part of the program is the Karnak Temple—a grand religious complex with columned halls, obelisks, and a sacred lake. On the west bank of the Nile, you'll find the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut—a unique architectural structure carved into the rock—and the Colossi of Memnon—the silent stone guardians of the ancient city. If desired, the itinerary can be expanded to include the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the Temple of Luxor, Medinet Habu, or other iconic sites. A private tour allows you to avoid having to fit into a group, linger in places of genuine interest, take beautiful photos, and delve deeper into history.
This tour is suitable for couples, families with children, groups of friends, and travelers who value comfort and flexibility. The price is calculated individually and depends on the number of participants—the more people, the more favorable the price per person.
If you're looking for a more comfortable yet affordable option, consider mini-group tours. They offer a great compromise between a private tour and a group excursion: a smaller number of participants, more convenient transfers, a relaxed pace, and an attentive guide, all at a lower cost than a private program. You can learn more here .
To find out the exact cost and choose the optimal program, contact us – we will be happy to organize everything for you.

Hot Air Balloon Sunrise, Luxor Highlights & Aswan Wonders
For travelers who want more than just a day trip, this two-day Nile Valley expedition combines the magic of Luxor with the beauty of Aswan — including a breathtaking sunrise hot air balloon flight.
🗓️ Day 1 — Sunrise Balloon & Luxor West/East Bank
Your adventure begins before dawn with an unforgettable hot air balloon flight over Luxor’s West Bank. As the sun rises over the Nile and desert hills, you’ll float peacefully above temples, villages, and ancient monuments — one of the most spectacular experiences in Egypt.
After landing, continue your guided exploration of Luxor’s legendary sites:
Valley of the Kings – Descend into royal tombs carved deep into the mountains, decorated with vibrant hieroglyphs and sacred scenes.
Temple of Queen Hatshepsut – An architectural masterpiece rising in terraces beneath dramatic cliffs.
Karnak Temple Complex – The largest religious complex ever built, with colossal columns, obelisks, and sacred lakes.
After a full day of exploration, check into your hotel in Luxor for an overnight stay.
🗓️ Day 2 — Aswan Discovery
After breakfast, travel south to Aswan — a city known for its relaxed atmosphere and Nubian heritage.
Highlights include:
The High Dam – A modern engineering marvel controlling the Nile’s floods.
Philae Temple – A stunning temple complex dedicated to the goddess Isis, beautifully relocated to Agilkia Island.
After completing the Aswan tour, return comfortably to Hurghada.
For travelers seeking a more refined and less crowded Luxor experience, the Luxor Elite Tour offers a deeper look into the artistic and architectural brilliance of Ancient Egypt.
Your day begins at the colossal Karnak Temple Complex, the spiritual heart of the New Kingdom. Walk among massive pylons, towering columns, and sacred statues that once formed the most powerful religious center in Egypt.
Instead of visiting the often crowded Valley of the Kings, this elite program takes you to the magnificent Temple of Medinet Habu, the mortuary temple of Pharaoh Ramesses III. This site is considered one of the most underrated treasures in Luxor. Its walls feature some of the deepest and best-preserved relief carvings in all of Egypt, vividly depicting military victories, religious rituals, and daily life scenes. The atmosphere here is calmer, allowing for a more immersive and artistic experience.
The journey concludes at the spectacular Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, dramatically rising in three elegant terraces against the limestone cliffs of Deir el-Bahari. Its symmetry and architectural harmony make it one of Egypt’s most visually striking monuments.
This route is perfect for history lovers who appreciate detail, craftsmanship, and a quieter exploration of Luxor’s West Bank.

For travelers who want to go beyond the standard Luxor route, the Luxor De Luxe Tour offers a richer and more refined exploration of Upper Egypt’s most impressive temples.
Your journey begins north of Luxor at the extraordinary Temple of Dendera, dedicated to the goddess Hathor — the goddess of love, music, and healing. Dendera is one of the best-preserved temple complexes in all of Egypt. Unlike many ancient sites, its ceilings still display vibrant colors, including the famous deep-blue astronomical zodiac. The detailed reliefs and sacred chambers provide a rare glimpse into ancient Egyptian religious symbolism at its most vivid.
After exploring Dendera, you return to Luxor to experience the monumental power of the Karnak Temple Complex. Walk through colossal pylons, towering columns, and sacred lakes that once formed the spiritual center of the Egyptian Empire.
The day concludes on Luxor’s West Bank at the elegant Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, dramatically rising from the desert floor against towering limestone cliffs. Its clean lines, terraces, and symmetrical design make it one of the most architecturally striking temples in Egypt.
This De Luxe program is ideal for culturally curious travelers seeking deeper insight, fewer crowds, and extraordinary preservation.
